Out of Stock & Back Orders
It is never our intent to disappoint our customers! We do everything we can to ensure all items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally, we may run out of an item during the process of order retrieval. In that case, we will reach out to you via email ASAP!
Return and Exchange Policy
At this time, we are not accepting returns on any items. However, we do understand that sizing mistakes happen! We accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. Please email us at info@destination-mackinac.com to go through the exchange process. Note, you, the customer, are responsible for outgoing shipping charges to exchange your item, the original form of payment will be charged to process the exchange.
Shipping
At this time, we are only able to ship to the continiental United States using USPS from Mackinac Island. Dependent on the business of the island, your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after your order. Shipment will be confirmed via email once the package has been sent through USPS!
